How to Replace Your Defibtech Lifeline VIEW AED Replacement Battery
- Place the device face down to reveal the battery pack opening
- Before inserting your new battery, ensure the battery pack opening is clean and clear of any foreign objects
- Push the new battery pack into the compartment until you hear the latch click *Note: the battery pack only fits into the device in one way - If the battery pack does not fit, rotate the battery before trying again
- Once fully inserted, the battery pack surface should be flush with the back of the AED
- Check to be sure the active status indicator flashes green
